Junior Designer (Web & Visual)

We're looking for a design-minded creative with a strong visual eye, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to grow. If you love clean, effective design and want to contribute to real client work from day one, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Design graphics for web, social, email, and video content
- Assist in creating and refining client brand assets (logos, typography, color palettes)
- Support website layout and page design in platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or Framer
- Collaborate with writers, strategists, and account managers to bring campaigns to life
- Occasionally assist with video, print, or presentation design
What We're Looking For
- A degree or strong experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (bonus points for Figma, Framer, or Webflow)
- A natural sense of layout, color, and typography
- Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to receive and apply feedback
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience building simple web pages
- Interest in branding or motion design
